Sample SEO Deliverables
Below are six deliverables as they actually leave our queue. Every field is filled in, because a template with the values removed tells you nothing about whether the work is any good.
1. Technical audit issue record
A crawler export is not an audit. One issue per record, with the evidence that proves it, the person who has to act, and the test that closes it.
Internal links to a money page resolve through a two-hop redirect chain
High severity
Evidence
| Step | URL | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Source | /services/sports-physio/ → link in body copy |
200 |
| Hop 1 | /shockwave-therapy |
301 |
| Hop 2 | /services/shockwave |
301 |
| Final | /services/shockwave-therapy/ |
200 |
41 internal links across 12 templates follow this chain. Screaming Frog crawl, 14 Jul 2026, 1,284 URLs. Canonical on the final URL is self-referencing and correct.
Why it matters
Every hop is a round trip before the page starts rendering, and the chain is on the highest-converting service page. Chained internal links also dilute the signal the links are meant to pass.
Recommended action
Update the 41 internal links to point at /services/shockwave-therapy/ directly. Leave the redirects themselves in place — they still catch external links and old bookmarks. Do not remove them.
Acceptance test
Recrawl the 12 affected templates. Pass condition: zero internal links to the money page return anything other than a single 200. Exceptions must be listed with a reason.
2. SEO content brief
A brief exists to remove guesswork from the writer, not to make every page identical. It states the decision the page has to support and the line it must not cross.
/services/shockwave-therapy/ — rewrite
Draft due 08 Aug
Search intent
Someone in pain who has already been told shockwave therapy might help, deciding whether to book it here. They are not researching the physics. They want to know if it treats their condition, whether it hurts, how many sessions, and what it costs.
Secondary queries to cover
| Query | Vol. | Where it belongs |
|---|---|---|
| shockwave therapy plantar fasciitis | 140 | H2: Conditions we treat |
| does shockwave therapy hurt | 90 | H2: What a session feels like |
| how many shockwave sessions needed | 70 | H2: Course length |
| shockwave therapy cost australia | 50 | H2: Pricing, with real figures |
Required sections
Conditions treated · what a session feels like · typical course length · pricing · who it is not suitable for · how to book.
Evidence rules
Clinical claims must come from the clinic’s own approved wording or a cited source. Do not state success rates. Do not imply a cure. If a claim cannot be supported, leave it out and flag it in the draft rather than softening the language.
Internal links
Three, with fixed anchors: sports physiotherapy → /services/sports-physio/; book an assessment → /book/; plantar fasciitis → /conditions/plantar-fasciitis/.
Reject the draft if
It opens by defining shockwave therapy in the abstract, uses a success-rate figure with no source, omits pricing, or reads as though written for another clinic in another city.
3. On-page optimisation record
Every on-page change is recorded as a before and after, so a reviewer can see what actually changed rather than trusting that something did.

Live 11 Aug 2026
Measurement
Position for shockwave therapy newcastle was 14 on 11 Aug. Review date set for 22 Sep, six weeks after publication, tracked in SE Ranking on Google Australia, Newcastle, mobile.
4. Local SEO review
Local work separates business facts from optimisation opinions. Facts come from the client and are never adjusted to suit a keyword.
Google Business Profile review

Out of scope, deliberately
We do not solicit reviews on the client’s behalf, gate reviews by rating, or write review responses that imply a clinical outcome. Review requests stay with the clinic.
Measurement setup
Fixed 5×5 grid, 3km spacing, centred on the Darby St rooms. Twelve tracked queries, mobile, Google Australia. Grid definition frozen so month-to-month comparison stays valid.
5. Monthly decision summary
The report exists to support a decision. Charts that cannot change what happens next month do not appear in it.

Blocked
Plantar fasciitis page — waiting on clinical sign-off from the practice principal since 21 Aug. Blocks two internal links specified in BRIEF-032. Chased 26 Aug and 01 Sep.
Decision
Continue the condition-page workstream. The shockwave rewrite moved from 14 to 6 in six weeks on a comparable page type, so the same treatment is worth extending to the two next-highest-value services before adding anything new.
Next
Brief and rewrite /services/dry-needling/ (owner: us, draft 19 Sep). Publish plantar fasciitis page once signed off (owner: clinic). Set public holiday hours before the October long weekend (owner: clinic, due 25 Sep).
6. Quality-control checklist
The checklist is completed by someone other than the person who did the work, and it is the last thing that happens before a deliverable is sent.
Sign-off — BRIEF-032 draft
Passed 09 Aug
- Pass
Accuracy — every clinical statement traced to the clinic’s approved wording. One sentence on recovery time removed: no source.
- Pass
Intent — all four secondary queries answered above the fold or in a named section. Pricing present with real figures.
- Pass
Implementation — three internal links present with the specified anchors. Destination URLs return 200.
- Fixed
Risk — draft said shockwave therapy is “proven to resolve” plantar fasciitis. Reworded to describe what the treatment does. Flagged to clinic.
- Pass
Originality — no passage matches the two competitor pages reviewed during briefing.
- Pass
Acceptance — reviewer named, date recorded, draft attached to the ticket for inspection.
What this page does not tell you
You are looking at formatting. It shows you how the work is structured, reviewed, and handed back — nothing more. It cannot tell you whether we can rank your site, and it is no substitute for us looking at your website, market, and competitors first.
Want this applied to your website?
Send the site and the part of SEO that keeps slipping. We will come back with a defined first project or monthly workstream, scoped before anything starts.
